Regular Board Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 4:45 PM by Johnny Kieckhefer. Present were Johnny Kieckhefer – Board President, Lynda Kieckhefer-Board Clerk and Sammie Stuart-Board Member.
Governing Board Members reviewed the following: Minutes for the October 10, 2022, Regular Board Meeting. Expense Voucher #9105– 2022-2023 – $3,387.62. Timesheets for Pay Period 7 – $2,052.59, Pay Period 8 – $2,051.92 and Pay Period 9 – $1,947.31 for 2022-2023. Sammie motioned to approve the above listed minutes and vouchers and payroll time sheets and Lynda seconded the motion. The above documents were unanimously approved with Johnny Kieckhefer voting Aye and Lynda Kieckhefer voting Aye and Sammie Stuart voting Aye.

- Current Bus Issues: Sub bus driver Sandra Ferguson came to the meeting to discuss concerns she had. The board agreed to have regular driver Vaughn Smith-Rudolph attend the December meeting for her feedback.
The next board meeting will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022 @ 4:30 PM at the Williamson Valley Fire Station. The meeting was adjourned at 4:58 PM
