MINUTES

Regular Board Meeting – June 12, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 4:37 PM by Johnny Kieckhefer Present were Johnny Kieckhefer – Board President, Lynda Kieckhefer-Board Clerk, Sammie Stuart-Board Member.

Governing Board Members reviewed the following:  Minutes for the May 8, 2023, Regular Board Meeting. Expense Voucher #9113– 2022-2023 – $85,358.53. Timesheets for Pay Period 22 – $2,667.18 and Pay Period 23- $2,138.78 for 2022-2023.  Lynda motioned to approve the above listed minutes and vouchers and payroll time sheets and Sammie seconded the motion. The above documents were unanimously approved with Johnny Kieckhefer voting Aye and Lynda Kieckhefer voting Aye and Sammie Stuart voting Aye.

Old Business  –  None

 

New Business  –

  1. Current Bus Issues: The board discussed the bus windshield replacement.
  2. FFMA Distribution: The board reviewed.
  3. YCESA forms for approval – Exceed M&O Subsections and Execution of Warrants Between Meetings: The board reviewed.  A motion was made by Sammie to approve the forms and Lynda seconded the motion. The above documents were unanimously approved with Johnny Kieckhefer voting Aye and Lynda Kieckhefer voting Aye and Sammie Stuart voting Aye.
  4. Possible Executive Session for increase of sub driver pay: A motion was made by Sammie to go into Executive Session to discuss the sub bus driver pay. Lynda seconded the motion. The Executive Session was unanimously approved with Johnny Kieckhefer voting Aye, Lynda Kieckhefer voting Aye and Sammie Stuart voting Aye.
  5. Approve the FY24 Budget for adoption on June 26th: The board reviewed the FY24 budget. Sammie motioned to approve the budget; Lynda seconded the motion. The budget was unanimously approved with Johnny Kieckhefer voting Aye, Lynda Kieckhefer voting Aye and Sammie Stuart voting Aye.

The next board meeting will be held on Monday, June 26, 2023, for the adoption of the FY24 Expenditure Budget at the Williamson Valley Fire Station. The meeting was adjourned at 6:19PM
