MINUTES
Regular Board Meeting – August 14, 2023
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM by Johnny Kieckhefer. Present were Johnny Kieckhefer – Board President, Lynda Kieckhefer-Board Clerk, Sammie Stuart-Board Member, was absent.
Governing Board Members reviewed the following: Minutes for the June 12, 2023, Regular Board Meeting and the June 26, 2023, Public Budget Hearing for Adoption of the 2023-2024 Budget. Encumbrance Expense Voucher #9114 – 2022-2023 – $1,365.00 and Encumbrance Expense Voucher #9115 for 2022-2023 – $2,461.70. Expense Voucher #8100 – 10,087.68 and #8101 – $7,894.87 for 2023-2024.Timesheets for Pay Period 24 – $2,081.88, Pay Period 25 – $886.67 and Pay Period 26 – $1,409.67 for 2022-2023 and Pay Period 1 – $443.79 and Pay Period 2 – $887.56 for 2023-2024. Lynda motioned to approve the above listed minutes and vouchers and payroll time sheets and Johnny seconded the motion. The above documents were unanimously approved with Johnny Kieckhefer voting Aye and Lynda Kieckhefer voting Aye.

- Current Bus Issues: Lynda posted the bus schedule at the fire station kiosk.
County Aid for Equalization Assistance for Education: The board reviewed.
- PUSD Calendar: The board reviewed.
The meeting concluded at 4:40pm. The next board meeting will be held on Monday, September 11, 2023, at 4:30pm at the Williamson Valley Fire Station, 15450 N. Williamson Valley Road, Prescott, AZ.
