The meeting was called to order at 4:04 PM by Johnny Kieckhefer. Present were Johnny Kieckhefer, Board President, Lynda Kieckhefer, Board Clerk. Sammie Stuart, Board Member.
Governing Board Members reviewed the following: Minutes for the October 4, 2021, Regular Board Meeting, Expense Voucher #8104 – 2021-2022 – $2,978.49. Timesheets for Pay Period 7 – $2,005.42 and Pay Period 8 – $1,446.99 for 2021-2022. Sammie motioned to approve the above listed minutes and voucher and payroll time sheets and Lynda seconded the motion. The above documents were unanimously approved with Lynda Kieckhefer voting Aye and Johnny Kieckhefer voting Aye and Sammie Stuart voting Aye.

New Business
- Current Bus Issues:
- Discussion regarding the BrightArrow notification letter for parents. A letter will be signed by Johnny to go out to the bus parents asking for a preferred number for notification. Johnny also suggested an email too if parents prefer this. The board would also like to be notified whenever a BrightArrow notification goes out.
- The bus barn door is broken. Johnny will take a look and Laura will check on repair companies and the company that originally built the barn.
- ASBA Proposed Amendment to ASBA Bylaws: The board reviewed. Johnny will vote on the amendment.
- K-12 School District Aggregate Expenditure Limit: The board reviewed.
Next Board Meeting
The next board meeting will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021 @ 4:00 PM at the Williamson Valley Fire Station. The meeting was adjourned at 4:38 PM
